Flying home

Been out a few days in the bay area again. Still holding my own against the constant jet lag but it's getting tough!

Did get a great ride up Mount Hamilton with two of my colleagues on Sunday that gave me a chance to try out the bike fitting I had done at Concept Cyclery, my my ex-colleague's new bike shop. Seem to have made a big difference but hard to tell for sure. But what counts is that it was a very enjoyable fun ride that took off some of the stress associated with too much travel!
