A saucer with my cup please...
I still see myself as a Colorado guy, loving the mountains, the outdoors, mountain bike rides and big mugs of hot coffee...thus my surprise this morning as I found my self searching for a saucer to place under my freshly brewed expresso. Not that I needed the saucer for sugar cubes or a spoon....I just like placing my cup on a saucer. Is that bad or what?

Wait till you come back from greece - you'll be leaving a good bit on the bottom of every cup of coffee you drink!

Since we've been back, we converted to Greek coffee. Our espresso machine died (again), and the timing was right for a nice - low tech change. And the coffee's been great.
Well not sure about the Brit in my background, but there's definitely some forces at work that are beyond me!
Looks like our trip to Greece is not going to happen this April...so were now exploring other options...We're learning the value of planning ahead...
